Sell Trust Deeds

Borrowers can issue and sell ‘a trust deed’ when they collateralize RWA for a loan. The trust deed represents the ownership of an asset and the liability for repayment of an RWA-backed loan.
1. Click 'LOAN' at the top of your website.
2. Click 'Borrow-My Loans' on the left side of the page.
3. Pick the loan you want to issue the trust deed for and click Issue Trust Deed button on the right side of the loan information. (You can issue the trust deed only before the loan expiration date.)
4. lick Confirm button, check the gas fee, and click Confirm.
5. You can see the confirmation message and be redirected to your inventory by clicking View My Portfolio button. You can find your trust deed there.
1. Click the trust deed you want to sell in your Inventory.
2. You will see the page of trust deed information. Click SELL button at the top right side.
3. Pop-up window will appear and you can choose the sale type by clicking 'Fixed Price' or 'Timed Auction'.
4-1. (If Fixed Price is chosen) Select payment token and enter amount you want to sell for and click the Complete listing button.
4-2. (If Timed Auction is chosen) Select payment token and enter starting & ending price you want to sell for, select duration of auction, and click Complete listing button.
5. Check the transaction and gas fee, and click Confirm.
6. Once the transaction is completed, you can see the confirmation message and be redirected to your inventory by clicking View My NFTs button. You can also find your assets listed on 2nd MARKET. (If the loan expires before your trust deed is sold, it will disappear.)
7. If the trust deed is sold, you will receive the payout and the loan with collateralized asset will be transferred to the buyer of the trust deed. Then the information of the loan will disappear on the page of [Borrow] My Loans and also be transferred to the buyer of the trust deed.
